A credit card is required at the time of booking. The client must pay at least one night to guarantee the reservation.

The credit card, from which the first night will be charged, must be in the name of the person who will check in. Otherwise, the charged amount will be refunded, and the total amount will be charged at check-in. The remaining amount is paid at the hotel.

Children up to 3 years old inclusive stay for free. For children from 4 to 12 years old inclusive, 50% of the rate will be charged, and from 13 years old onwards, the full adult rate will be charged.

For the placement of an extra bed, a fee of €10/night will be charged. The maximum capacity is 1 (one) extra bed per room. Any type of extra bed or crib is subject to confirmation by the hotel.


The cancellation policy of Hotel Londres varies depending on the season of the year, and for the current year, it is applied according to the following criteria:

LOW SEASON: From November 1st to March 18th: Free cancellation up to 3 days before arrival. If it is canceled less than 3 days or in case of no-show, we will charge the 1st night for each canceled room.

MEDIUM SEASON: From March 19th to April 30th / from October 1st to October 31st: Free cancellation up to 5 days before arrival. If it is canceled in less than 5 days or in case of no-show, we will charge the 1st night for each canceled room.

HIGH SEASON: From May 1st to June 30th / from September 1st to September 30th: Free cancellation up to 7 days before arrival. If it is canceled less than 7 days or in case of no-show, we will charge the 1st night for each canceled room.

SUPER HIGH SEASON: From July 1st to August 31st: Free cancellation up to 15 days before arrival. If canceled in less than 15 days or in case of a no-show, we will charge the 1st night for each canceled room.


Hotel Londres has all the necessary conditions to welcome you with your pet, applying the following rules:

• Dogs are the only animals accepted on the premises of Hotel Londres.

• The animal cannot weigh more than 10kg, which is the maximum allowed weight.

• The dog must be completely trained, under your control, and under current legislation.

• Within the indoor and outdoor areas of the hotel, your pet must always be on a leash or held, except in the room itself.

• Animals are not allowed in the restaurants, bar, pool, and garden.

• Dogs can walk through but not stay in the lobby area and corridors leading to the rooms for passage during entry and exit of the Hotel.

• Do not leave your pet alone in the room.

• Cleaning up any mess caused by your dog, indoors and outdoors of the hotel, including the room, is your responsibility.

• Any disturbances must be avoided to ensure the rest and comfort of other guests.
• Contact reception to schedule a cleaning time, as there will be no attempt to enter the room.

• You must inform at the time of booking that you will bring your pet to have prior authorization from the hotel.

It is important to agree to be responsible for any damages and/or personal injury caused by your pet.

Indemnifying and releasing the hotel from any liability resulting from damages caused by your pet is your responsibility, safeguarded by signing the pet liability waiver, which will be given to you upon arrival at the hotel.
